Level 1: Breathwork Beginner
This level is for those who are new to the Conscious Connected Breath technique and have attended between 0 to 3 in-person sessions with me over the past two years. You’re just beginning to explore the power of breath, and this is a beautiful place to start.

Level 2: Breath Explorer
This level is for those who have participated in more than 3 in-person sessions with me over the last two years and feel confident and familiar with the Conscious Connected Breath method. You see yourself as a lifelong learner, committed to personal growth and the continuous unfolding of your inner journey.
